Regions Bank Reviews

Le Tran1This has to be the SLOWEST banking staff I deal with. Waited 25m to get to the drive through window with 3 cars in front of me and the 13min just to deposit some money when I got up there. People walking around with their coffee cups. Poor poor customer service. I literally put my seat back and caught a cat nap at he the window. The post office is better than these folks!!!

Katy Bernero1Horrible horrible customer service. This is the ONLY Regions branch that is ALWAYS out of change. I didn't even get an explanation today as to why I had none of the change I asked for to run a business. Manager just put my receipts and bank bags back into the window drawer and walked away. I had to honk my horn and wait another 5 min, after waiting 35 min, to get someone's attention only to be told they were out of all change. How is this possible when everyone else has plenty?

Ela Emami1Is there a way to give zero stars? After waiting over 30 minutes the teller takes my check and goes and helps someone else and takes another 30 minutes before completing the transaction. I don’t know what’s going on. I hope they get it together soon.
Response from the ownerWe're sorry to hear this was your experience during your visit. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We have forwarded your concerns to the appropriate channel. -Trish

Jennifer Davidson1I agree with many of the reviews on here. I called to gain some understanding about my bill. The person on the phone was not only rude, but also condescending. For a young first time home buyer who is trying to learn finance and budgeting it was not good customer service or even kind. I will be moving away from Regions bank once I get married because of experiences specifically at this branch.

Pw W1since they’ve updated the inside and their service , wait time has increased substantially. I hate having to go deal with them now. I had a really simple issue I needed dealt with (my way paycheck was on “hold “) there was a large wait and I tried to call the 800 # and spent 30 min trying to get a hold of a human. Needless to say I’m ready to find a new bank.

Shade Sullins1They absolutely do not care about your business. Set up an appointment online, the financial relationship senior consultant saw me at the door, said she would be out in a second, then sent another person out to tell me she had just left and would send me an email. Really!! I just saw you go hide so you could stand me up. Also, last year we had our account hacked and Regions bank sided with the vendor even though the charges were in Pennsylvania and we were clearly in Memphis. I'm closing all my accounts with Regions and I suggest you do the same.

H Broach1Literally have been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes....after taking my deposit!! I feel so bad for people spending their entire lunch break here! Maybe Regions should hire more people and teach management how to actually work in different positions!! Ridiculous!
Response from the ownerWe're sorry to hear about your extended wait during your visit. We definitely hear your concerns and appreciate your feedback. We've made sure to pass it along to the appropriate channels. If you'd like to further discuss, feel free to email us at [email protected]. -Trish

Taylor Smith1The short and round white woman manager is rude and inconsiderate of customers’ time. In the middle of a transaction she had the teller “do something for her” while I stood there and waited for almost 10 minutes for him to resume my transaction.
