michael hettinger1After closing the JFK branch, this bank has been an absolute let down. The location on Fairfield is the only location in NLR. Under staffed and way to slow. Customer service is no where near the standard. I will be changing banks as soon as I have the opportunity. Way to many customers for 1 location. Nice people but way to much time to get anything done.

Tricia Hedrick1I came here to get a replacement debit card. There was one person working up front. My ah was the most rude & unfriendly person. I got the feeling he really HATES his job. This guy needs to be retrained on customer service or fired!! Do not like this branch 😡😡

coco j1I've been with regions for years let your bank account go negative 2 weeks they close your account take your money I would never bank with them again
