Regions Bank Reviews

Hazel Campbell1I would give them a negative number if that was possible. I have been trying for months to get them to help me receive money from Nicaragua via western union. Every time I try to get them to process this type of transaction, it's becomes a supreme struggle. I even open an account there to make it easier. Then it became worst. I am about to close my account and someone else to help me.
Response from the ownerHi, Hazel. Please send our team more information to [email protected]. We'd like to review the matter to see how we can assist. -Tyler

Gleason Simpson1There is a reason these people only have a 2.7 rating. This is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with! Me and my client tried for over 6 hours to wire $2500 for one REGIONS account to another REGIONS account and still can’t get it done. They want to hold $1000 of it for three days and we ended up ha I got to expedite the rest through a bill pay check just to have access to OUR money! Not regions money to hold and draw interest for three days when it is needed by the people it belongs to! And the old woman there is as rude as they come! I understand it’s not the employees fault regions is the way they are and the rest of the employees are as nice as could be. The old woman needs to retire!

Wanda Belvin1My daughter made an appt for 2:15pm on 03/17/21. She arrived at the scheduled time. She knocked and knocked and no one ever came to the door to let her in. She observed people inside but the tellers ignored her. She calls the bank phone number and no one answers. So she had to leave. She needed to make a withdrawal larger than the ATM allows. How is she to manage her account and make withdrawals when the bank refuses to follow their own “rules” of making an appointment? Absolutely ridiculous...and by the way, other banks in town have their drive thrus open but not this one
Response from the ownerWe're sorry to hear about your daughters experience. Our team has made sure to file these details and send them up to the correct team to review. If you would like to add any information, please feel free to send us an email to [email protected]. -Ana

Vickie Thompson4This is one of the friendliest banks in town has a nice kind common atmosphere. The people that work here are very nice. This is a nice place to bank for all your banking needs checking or savings. The ladies that work and the department to get your loans or very nice to work with and they help as much as possible for you to get a loan. They also will help you manage your account if something gets out of whack. You get a discounted safe deposit box by having a checking account there have a great savings. I personally bank here and would not trade it for another bank I've had many loans. Very easy to work with on any occasion to fit your every need when it comes to banking.

Alisha Pickett1I didn't even want to give them one star, but that was the only was I could write the review. Regions is stealing money from my husband's account, please no one open a account here! They are also doing the same thing to my neighbors. When we confront them about that act like we're the stupid ones and we have proof! So please do not open at regions.

Joanna1This small town backward bank staff listens to gossip from a soirée that has been in my personal life for fifteen years and treats me like his word is the gospel. If he was unhappy to the extent of being financially abused , why does he continue to keep me on his accounts? They are too envolved with our personal affairs to treat me descent. I am a client as much as he is, they should have the fortitude to understand business is business and tell him the same. Instead they will not say one word to me when I drive thru or at the counter. I feel like I am wearing the scarlet letter.
