Regions Bank Reviews

Nathan Chapman2For small businesses, they have maddeningly frustrating policies. For example, with me live on the phone along with my company CFO, they make me repeat all the info my CFO says since I'm the signatory and she's not. That's just silly - and a waste of time. I can give you many more examples, such as being sent to the wrong department repeatedly with very long wait times. Trust me, this is not just one bad experience - this type of thing happens again and again.

Roddrick Haney5Although the bank was operating under less than normal conditions, I was able to accomplish everything I needed to do through the drive through. The employees were very efficient and I was able to get my cashiers check with no problem because normally you have to go inside the bank for that particular service.

Ashley Sides1The ATM outside malfunctioned and kept my card. The branch manager had the ability to get my card but said it is company policy not to if it is a card from another bank. He had no good reason for the policy. My message to the small minded manager is this-Sometimes it is appropriate to bend the rules and be a decent human being.

Evan Hayes1My housekeeper stole checks from an account we didn't use, went to the St Charles bank w forged checks to the same counter ( inside job) stole $ 17, 000.00 over 6 months. Every check had a non certified signature. The housekeeper was arrested w forged not yet cashed check from our account in her purse . The manager of the St Charles Regions handed me a copy of our " agreement " and told me to call my lawyer . The forger went to jail for 6 months, can Regions bank go to jail for being complicit ? Don't hire Gwen, she has a gambling addiction and 3 aliases but Regions Bank protected her and her accomplice inside the St Charles Ave bank , DO NOT BANK w Regions bank on St Charles, it's an inside job , convicted !!!! It's documented , now the bank perps in the bank need to go. I'm getting $600 a month back thanks to the New Orleans DA. Just wish I had my $17,000.00

carmen sosa1Why does my sister bother having an account in this bank it is so dysfunctional. We sat for 15 mins while 2 bankers chit chatted . One was bringing up the gym , personal stuff . I am all for being personable but there Is a limit. And this is not the first time. They also make lots of mistakes cause they are in la la land or they just don't care. My sister played off a CD secured loan and specifically asked the funds to be release to her account and nothing it wasent till she went to a different regions till she got her funds back. Why not try capital one where they really know what they are doing and give a damn.

Saki M1Horrible customer service. The tellers hate you and most likely put a hex on you every time you enter. Get you a good de-hexer. I recommend Delilah Sisters on St. Charles.

Nicolette Marie2This branch always seems so short staffed. I tend to go on my lunch breaks. I wouldn't suggest this as you'll be in a long line with only 2 or 3 tellers working (1 working the drive thru). The employees even seem to be tired or moody. Maybe because they're over worked?

Lurenda A1Poor Service, One Teller handling drive-thru and front desk. I was in line 35 minutes with more than 8 others waiting.
