  I love Hope, especially, when the lobby was available. I really enjoyed my interactions with the people here. Great atmosphere and I really appreciated seeing the friendly beautiful black faces in there. Also great interest rate on personal loan I had never had one before thanks to the lovely Janet(her voice is very pleasant) the process was smooth and I received the money instantly. Not to mention my credit has went up over 100 points since this time last year. The best of them all is the very great interest rates with the rewards checking and savings account! Shoutout to the tellers Debbie and Robin love them!

  I've been working with them for 4 years now. Since I started working with them I closed my two accounts on different mainstream banks, canceled 3 credit cards and transferred everything including my mortgage to Hope Credit Union. I really can't list here everything that makes me love Hope CU. I don't see myself working with a different financial institution ever. If you want an honest credit union that is not going to rip you off with hidden fees like in the mainstream banks, go talk to Hope CU. You won't regret it.

  Hope Credit Union does not give thier members any type of written or verbal correspondence informing their members that their account is being closed due to inactivity. I think they are on some bullshit! My personal views regarding this credit union is not to influence others however I just hope that in the future Hope Credit Union would reconsider how they take it upon themselves to just closed a members account with out prior notification.

  Attentive staff. While always having the best atmosphere in and around the bank. Hope is really a community bank, serving the community, and growing from the community.

  Appreciate the comments. The organization's original name was Hope Community Credit Union, but we had to change that when we converted to a federal charter. The word "community" is still important to who we are and what we do.

  The staff was patient and helpful with me when I opened my account with them. They always go about and beyond to help.

  My income tax return went there in my husband account and they sent it back because my name was not on his account.....That's sucks it should matter who name on it.... Never use them again... Closing this account soon...
