  I had the pleasure of working with Eustis for my mortgage on a new home. My loan officer was Brian Gibbons who was always accessible and help walk us through the process and let us know when items would be coming that needed our review and the urgency of each item we received. He was able to help answer every question I had on documents from initial closing estimate through to the day of closing which he attended to help! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a home to use Eustis for their customer service, and the fact we got a wonderful rate on our home loan compared to other lenders!

  Sunny Shannon at Eustis is wonderful to work with. She is communicative, knowledgeable, quick and understanding.   My husband and I recently obtained refinancing of our home mortgage with Kate Decay. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the rate she got for us and the smoothness of the process.
