      I received great customer service from Melvin. He showed great concern for me as a person not just a customer. I wanted to get a loan but when I sat down to talk to him he asked about my credit and past history. He advised me to download credit karma and look on there to see if I had any questions or concerns. He really did his due diligence by not trying to sell me something but to help me understand how credit works. So, as I'm researching my credit I found somethings that were not mines and didn't even have a clue about. Once I get everything under control I will return to Melvin for more business than a loan. Outstanding.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. The women are rude and unhelpful. Everything takes forever, if they can even help you or feel like helping you. We need to contact a lawyer because of the stunts they have pulled with us. Take your business elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.
