  Started out promising. Very quick response via Email and phone. Yet once I turned in the documents they told me was required communication ceased to exist. For 4 weeks now I called. At first I got a hold of two people. One asked for info and said I’ll call you in 30 minutes. Nothing. The second, said I don’t know who your loan officer is give me your information and I’ll have them call you. Nothing. Was routed to different people and no one was ever near the phone so I left voicemails. Have yet to receive a call back. Emailed customer service. They were quick to respond when needing my documents but alas it’s day 3 and nothing. Very quick to get the stuff they wanted from me and hit my credit but have not received confirmation from the company as to wether I was even approved or denied. That’s literally all I wanted at this point.

  I am a veteran. We escrowed June 24th and closed on July 23rd. Mr. Chadd Gomes not only put me in my dream home (Pics below), he helped one of my best friends get his family in a newer house last year when no one else could/would!!! Veterans United gave me the shaft with no K-Y and I lost hope, time and money. Now thanks to Chadd and his team, I got a house with $21,000.00 equity already in it with a VA loan ($0 down and seller paid for closing, repairs etc.) . Who is the wizard of Oz? Mr Chadd Gomes is! and 'There's no place like home!!'

  My case was not easy - but they never gave up! Single mom cosigning with my fiance, credit score that was not ideal (to say the least) and plenty of requirements to ensure qualifying and these guys did not sleep for us! Chadd was amazing, constantly fighting for us and making sure we had everything submitted that we needed - answering every call and responding to every email as soon as he could - it was like having my brother or close friend navigating this for me! I would not have wanted to do this alone! And their entire office worked for us at the end - Tish was so sweet and kind and a go-getter, and Damien built our confidence and trust - thank you ALL for an amazing experience (don't get me wrong, it was nerve wracking and exhausting overall - but y'all did not give up on us or our case and we can't thank you enough!!)

  I give Amerifirst Home Loans 5 Stars. As a Real Estate Broker I work with loan officers and mortgage lenders daily. My experience with this company has been amazing compared to many. Damion Hughes has been very professional and have successfully closed several of my clients, who was very happy with the outcome. He truly goes the extra mile to get the job done.   They wouldn’t approve me because of old written off private student loans even though my credit score was about 100 points higher than the required score. Every other lender told me my private loans had no impact on me getting approved for an FHA loan. Amerifirst seems to want you to have perfect credit to get a loan that’s intended for people with bad credit. Then the loan officer kept telling me I needed to call and make sure none of the loans were federal. I told him I already know 100% the loans are not federal because all my federal loans are on an income based payment plan. He still insisted I call and make sure. Why call and make sure of information I already know???? I decided to leave this company alone. I went with another lender who told me my private student loans didn’t affect me getting approved and that they confirmed themselves through the CAIVRS system that everything was good.

  Amerifirst Home Loans was literally able to turn my frown into a smile. After a few bumps in the road with a couple of lenders, Damion Hughes, restored my confidence with becoming a first time home owner. He contacted me with so much assurance and worked the weekend to begin the process of my mortgage loan. He asked for my information in which I provided and then he took the wheel from there. I can't thank you Damion and Chelsie enough for your hard work and even a little bit of counseling lol. My experience with this team has been a great one as they made my dreams come true.   I can't say thank you enough to the staff at Amerifirst Home Loans. My buyers closed on their New Construction home in less than 30 days! The difference between Amerifirst opposed to other lenders is that they don't just say, "we can't help you." They were patient and attentive to my first time home buyers, walked them through every step and didn't give up on them! Thanks Damion for answering your phone 24 hours a day; those late night calls were greatly appreciated!!!

  My wife and I purchased a home and Amerifirst Home Loans did the financing. They did a WONDERFUL job. The loan officer was very knowledgeable and the staff was very courteous. We received a great interest rate and we closed before our contract date. I recommend Amerifirst Home Loans to all home-buyers. They will get you a great loan and close on time.

  Thank you so much Amerifirst Home loans, you guys made our process hassle-free. I heard from a bunch of first time buyers how there experience of purchasing a home was always stressful, well I can gladly say not mines! Tish and Damion were great, I just provided with what they asked one time and everything from there and on was done bu them. They sure do help you.
