  Darren did a great job walking us through our mortgage process, including beating a great rate/condition that we got from a competitor (that still got better before closing as the market shifted). He replies fast and is always available through email, phone and text. Highly recommended!

  We got a great rate and appreciated that Darren matched a slightly better rate quote that we'd gotten from our then-current lender. I had a lot of questions and am probably more involved than the average customer and Darren was patient with answers and always prompt to get back to me. I would have appreciated a little more communication as we didn't hear when our closing date would be until three or four days before.
