Amalia Castaneda1Everyone in there is rude and unwilling to help. Specially the two older ladies. Refused to cash a check because they wanted a driver's licence ID. I showed her my permanent resident card (not expired) then the lady said they can't use that because it has to be a driver's license and I said what about if we bring my passport and she said no it has to be her driver's license. I asked her twice to confirm and she replied the same thing "our system only takes state issued IDs". I called costumer service and they confirmed that they can use ANY photo ID. I called the bank back and told them what customer service said and they said yes but you had a expired ID I said no my driver's license is expired but not my permanent resident card and I told you that at the bank. Then she said oh yes but you need 2 forms of ID.... I asked the bank teller multiple times if we could bring in another ID like her passport and she said specifically said multiple times that their system only took state issued IDs. The lady on the phone was rude also and hanged up on me. Even the very sweet girl in customer service said it was weird that they said that because even to only open a bank account you only need a passport. Will call corporate to complain.
