  Joshua and his team did a phenomenal job. I am a realtor and I have to say the best lender I’ve had the pleasure to work with. My clients were super happy with The Dean team and how they do business. They do such an amazing job at communicating with the realtors and the clients and always putting the clients best interests first.   Joshua and his team made the home buying experience as easy as it can possibly be. His level of commitment to communication is unmatched He and his team would take calls and e-mails day and night and on weekends, which was extremely helpful with our non standard work hours. Weekly update emails and a truly open line of communication kept us in the loop throughout the process. His team is also incredible, they made the documentation process as clean and simple as possible and were there to field questions as well. When something went wrong, Joshua was always there to call and make it right, even at his own expense. Cannot recommend he and his team enough!

  I would recommend Joshua Dean & his team to anyone and everyone. I am a first time home buyer and the team made everything go very smoothly. They ensured everything was in place every step of the way. Joshua maintained communication WEEKLY throughout the 6 months that I had been searching for a house. When I finally was under contract we needed to move the closing up and he did whatever he could to help. He showed up to my closing for extra support as well, which you don’t see often. He is the best!! Highly recommend.

  The overall level of transparency and continuous communication in a fluid situation. We had several different possible scenarios on the table and John was willing and able to provide us with everything we asked for very quickly. Information was presented to us in a clear format and John communicated to us in a way to ensure we understood everything clearly.
