      I was there with my girlfriend 3 days ago because she is the one with the account, in this worthless bank and the deposit function on the atm was disabled. I went there again to make a deposit still not working. The only thing I am going to say is imagine the service that they are offering with a simple and common transaction. Everything in this bank in general is a pain.

      My mother tried to tell me how great they were so I tried them because of a $100 promotion if you opened an account. I opened the account and they didn't get my debit card sent out to me for a month after. I should have seen this as an issue but ignored it. Months later they told me the account was opened incorrectly (opened in the branch by a professional) and they were not going to honor the promotion. I closed all my accounts and went to navy Federal and have been happy ever since Update: I have just found out that they have been sending out checks in my name through the account I closed months ago so now I have to go fix their mess and I do not even bank with them anymore.

      I have no complaints about the staff, they are professional and friendly. However, the technology this company uses is hilariously broken. My atm card takes about 15 swipes to work. Often it refuses to work at all. Touchless pay has never worked once. Some gas stations cause my card card to lock down because it thinks it was stolen. There have been so many moments where I'm in a store and a line is building up simply because we can't get my card to work.This is my 3rd card from Regions with this issue. The atm's are slow and glitchy like an old computer. Sometimes they don't work at all. The app is a broken mess. Half of the time you can't sign in. The app has spelling mistakes and is poorly designed. Recently the app locked me out of my account randomly. It's giving me instructions to reset my password but the menu options it suggests are not available. It's concerning to know my money is being safeguarded by a bank that can't figure out it's own technology. Regions actually makes me miss Well's Fargo. Please do yourself a favor and never create an account with Regions. It will be an endless series of headaches.

      Regions and it’s employees are absolutely awful at the Southside location. I have a check drawn from here and they won’t cash. I ask for a cashiers check they said they can do that if open an account. I need another account so waited 20min to be then told I would have to let the check clear which they already verified the fund are in the account to cash moments ago. Banks today especially regions are awful. Good citizens of Jax beware of this bank !!!

      I went to Regions Bank yesterday about 11 the manager was quite nice she was very sweet she help me out she did what she can do with my account. There was a fraudulent claim actually a check that was fraudulent that was the problems in my account. but the one that was training I come back inside because I'm on the phone with customer service because customer service told me to have the branch call them because I guess there's other things they had to go through and so they did so which this girl was training to be a manager so she did everything that the that the customer service rep was telling her to do on the phone. That's fine she's doing her job whatever it may be so then they said well she got off the phone with them and she said well what goal was it for you to come in there or for you to call them I'm like man I'm trying to figure out what's going on with my account what's your goal what do you what was that purpose. First if I would have called to check on my bank for fraudulent claim that's going on with my account with my social security number with my routing number then I will do so I do not want no one questioning me on what I'm doing you have no right to question me on anything I from if it if it wasn't for people that have open a bank account there you would not have a job for you for you to question me is very unprofessional and you shouldn't even be training to be a manager because I wouldn't want you talking to me like that. So a one-star just because this lady was so unprofessional not the manager of the branch but the one she was training and I will make sure I call corporate and let them know that she doesn't need to be a manager because she is very unprofessional don't ever question a customer.

      Branch on Busch Drive closed this past Saturday..supposed to be open Saturdays. I called and they had no reason..no explanation. Saturday is the only time I can get to the bank. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
