      I’ve been a Regions customer since 1998 and doing business with this branch since 2012. Service has always been top notch, tellers super friendly, and I just love the layout of the online banking and app. I called today to find out about a refund from my credit card I hadn’t received (honestly I probably threw the envelope away). Elizabeth Gonzales and Manger Angie Kidwell were both super helpful!

      As a business owner I love using Regions!!! I had sooo many problems with IUCU, then with a simple talk with Mark, I found that Regions could fix all of them without even trying.....with their standard accounts. needless to say I have switched my company to regions and am so much more stress free!!!!!

      Sat at the drive up window from 2:40 to 2:50pm before being helped. Pushed the call button after a 5 and 7 min wait with no answer...poor customer service..
