  Kelsey and Shelby were extremely helpful in my loan consolidation process. Kelsey provided detail of all requirements with most requests completed right on location at the Bloomington office. Kelsey has great customer service skills and followed up when additional material or data was needed via phone or email. No surprises when I came onsite. Process was very quick. I would highly recommend this location and both Kelsey and Shelby as they were very easy to work with.
