  I worked with OnMain for years. They are generally knowledgeable and completely transparent with everything. They have higher rates for those of us that have had unfortunate things happen with our credit in the past. All the documents are presented thoroughly and gone through to sign, so obviously if you have an issue after the fact, you don't know how interest on loans work.

  Great staff. Straight forward, no hidden stuff. Quick and simple. Also, pretty creative safety precautions for covid that allowed for minimal contact, but still provided a face to face experience.

  DO NOT TAKE A LOAN OUT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They have extremely high interest rates and they charge interest up front so it will take you forever to start paying down the principal of the loan!! They are loan sharks and should not be allowed to operate the way they do!

  DO NOT RESPOND to their mailings. They will call you every single day and try to get you to take out a loan that has an extremely high rate. Stay away from this company!
