  Slowest bank around! Way under staffed and they do not care how long it takes. No customer service here! Just a deposit will take 20 mins or more. Will never recommend this bank to anyone!

  By far the best Bank I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and kind. I went in to open a new account and had no issues and found their insight very helpful and constructive. Most banks now a days see you only as an account number but this Regions does care for you as a person.

  Sure, they are friendly here but where it counts is how they manage your accounts, and in this respect I have had more issues of a significant nature at this bank in the past few years than I have had with all other banks combined during my lifetime. They resolve the issues ok, but they should not have happened to begin with. Not recommended.

  Amazing bank! Everyone who works there is always so friendly and willing to assist! I've been banking there for many years and everyone is like family! If you're looking for a new bank, Regions is it!!!
