      They told me they can use my car as collateral they check my credit report and everything was approved they just needed one more paystub to verify income, I get a call a few moments after I upload another paystub and then they want to tell me they can’t approve me because my car doesn’t have enough equity after they said everything was good to go? How does that make any sense? I feel like they have no clue what they are talking about or what is going on they just tell you what you want to hear. I have a 2015 4x4 Dodge Durango with 123,000 miles on it all I wanted was a $7,000 dollar loan I know for a fact my car is worth double that if not more. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

      I don't understand how these people still have jobs. I have never been spoken too with such disrespect just trying to clear up a simple matter. Mary rudely interrupted when I was trying to explain something and told me that I have financial issues I need to work out in the most disgusting and disrespectful way. And this woman know nothing about me or my finances. Don't deal with these evil woman.

      Not too professional... Lots of calling them for a response and to get answers. I was told one interest rate, but during signing it was no longer available?? It was just a day later as they did not have files uploaded? Lots of issues with trying to get this all done... Though maybe that's normal with personal loans?? Idk. Just was painful to go through on my end

      Applied for a loan for debt consolidation. Said I was in pre-approval then denied after days of uploading all the documents they need. The lady helping us only applied for us to refinance a car thru them waste of time and not a loan. Said they would have to rerun the app after putting hard inquiries against my credit... waste of time effort and misleading will never use this company again. Scam artists

      Receptionist is not qualified to be handling people’s finances until she is trained. She attempted to resolve a simple issue with an account (changing auto debt dates), made a mistake, and instead of admitting it double charged the bank account. When asked about it she tried covering it up and even intervened when we went in to speak with her supervisor. Still wouldn’t refund the incorrect charge but at least her supervisor was able to change the dates as we asked and did so without any complication or delay. Let your receptionist answer phones and have the qualified employees handle people’s accounts.

      Calling me constantly to act like they are my friends on the day my payment is due. It's like your not even late but they treat you like you are. Numerous times have I told them not to call but they persist. I have found them rude and annoying. It's my debt and I pay it in on time and timely manner.

      I have had this loan for over 2years and have never been late. I was unemployed for one month with the unemployment insurance. Because I was unemployed for one month my payment was late. They would not waive the late fee of $15. Can I pay it yes, but it is the principle of customers service. We are currently in a pandemic and I have the unemployment insurance. Because of this I will double up on payments to pay it off and I WILL NEVER or RECOMMEND them or advise anyone I know to use them again.

      Wao paid just interest on the loan last month, an easy way to take money away. and has a face to add one dollar to the principal. What a nice move, when my balance went from $5,313 down to $5,312. INCREDIBLE, I am so happy when people ask me to do banking with you and give my advice don't do business with these people.

      Worst experience ever. I am a car dealer and have sent several customers to get loans here in the past. Now that they've changed names it's totally different. Had multiple lies told to me by Mary in the office as well as her being very rude. Told me they'd been trying to get in touch with my customer and couldn't - lie! The customer told me herself that she'd spoke to them. Then when I had the customer call and sat in their office they told the customer they never told me that. Lies lies lies. They tried to tell me the app didn't get here until yesterday when I personally dropped it off two days ago. Just lies. Strongly suggest against doing business with this place. call mariner finance or Nicholas finance if you need a loan. They process that day. Much better service as well.
