  I worked with Jesse! He was one of the most professional and punctual guys I’ve ever had the pleasure to do business with!   Our realtor referred us to PRMG and we contacted them for a quote. They gave us a rate and committed to give us a credit related to the nature of our work. We tried several times to get information from them about locking in a rate and what the fees would be. When they didn’t reply, we shopped and found a better rate through another company. As a courtesy to our realtor, we reached out again and told PRMG that we had found better rates and received a breakdown of the fees from another company. PRMG finally emailed and said they would match the other company so we started the process with them. That was a big mistake. They lured us in to use their services under false pretenses and did not honor any of the fees or credits that we were promised. They have no integrity and at one point even asked us to back date documents that they waited until last minute to send so they could meet their deadlines. They held out until the actual closing date to say they weren’t going to follow through with any of the previously discussed amounts. They left us no choice at that point but to sign with them in order not to lose the house to another buyer.
