  I had a great experience at this bank Carly was absolutely awesome! Super down to earth, and really helpful throughout the process of creating an account for me! Definitely recommend Carly to anyone she deserves a raise for her exemplary customer service skills!

  The people here are always sweet and helpful! I have never had a bad experience. I feel like if I asked them to move the earth they would try! But seriously it’s always a pleasant experience!

  My wife and I just started an account here at the Oak Ridge location in Tennessee. Michelle Williams was the officer who took care of us. She did a phenomenal job in listening to what we were looking for and setting us up with the account that’s right for us. She took care of all of it. We even had checks and debit cards within a couple days. Hopefully Michelle’s supervisor will see this and know what an asset Michelle is to this location.

  The people here are always very helpful and very friendly. I visit fairly often though I mostly bank at the Oliver Springs branch. To be honest, I think the negative reviews are from people who work at other banks, because what they complain about has never been my experience here.

  There’s a constant line due to the slow action/inaction of the employees. The tellers act like everything is an inconvenience to them, and they constantly say, “you can just come inside because the lobby is open too”, when half the time things are incorrect due to them not even counting it first.

  The Teller wouldn’t get off her phone and pay attention to what was going on. Ended up have to charge my card twice and she lost the receipts. Don’t bank here. It’s not worth the trouble

  Ive been a member since 2011. I am very unsatisfied with the way this bank has dealt with a certain issue i have had. Will NEVER bank here again.
