  Love Regions Bank and particularly this branch. Maurice the manager is always friendly and knowledgeable and has gone out of his way to not only help me but i also have observed him assisting others. I have gone to other Banks where this was not the case.

  I went to open up an account for my college funds, and the banking manager, Maurice, was extremely rude to me. He was very condenscending, and just had an absolute foul attitude. Made me feel like absolute scum of the Earth for asking a few questions. I also witnessed him talking this rudely to many other customers. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and I’m VERY glad I found this out beforehand! Definitely needs better management!

  Great location. Love this WP branch. Very professional employees. Excellent customer service, exceeds expectations. Not your typical run of the mill bank. I would rate Regions ~ top 3 local banks in Central FL. Easy APP for account mgt. Safe ATM. Easy parking. Corner of 1792 & Fairbanks. ❤️

  We moved serveral personal and corporate accounts to Regions, and this bank in particular, because we are Very satisfied and appreciate to Maurice, and all of the staff. We were kind of sad to see them leave the Maitland office, but we followed them down to Winter Park (Fairbanks). They have always gone out of their way to help us.

  This is one of only a few branches with a cash and check deposit ATM, so anything deposited in it before 8 Eastern gets credited to the day it was deposited. So having a 4:00 lobby closing time isn't that big of a deal.

  bad customer service and when I needed help with my account they told me it was nothing they could do . i wouldn't go to them .
