  Working with Chris Hardiman at Amerifirst has been a dream. We are first time home buyers and he was so patient with our questions. He is professional, communicative, and proactive. He is an incredible resource, and a joy to work with. He was in constant communication with us along every step in the process, sending encouragement and advice as we hit each milestone. Chris was very thorough, and it was clear he was working really hard for us, making sure we got the best loan for our needs. His service level was exactly what we needed it to be and we felt completely comfortable asking even the silliest questions. While I’m sure he had a ton of other clients- we never felt it, and it was as if he was working just for us. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to work with Chris, and we’re looking forward to working with him again in the future for our next home purchase!

  Sameh Ghazal, and the entire team helped us out from day 1 all the way to closing and beyond. Sam's knowledge and dedication were enough to bring us to the closing table in about 20 days. At closed eyes I can recommend this team to make your dream house a reality. They would not let you down, it is a constant and active communication throughout the entire process. Non-stop communication for what really matters. It wasn't for anything else but to get us going. Sam was on top of thing and making things happening followed by the rest of the team. When I brought my situation to Sam, the very next day things started to move forward. Our whole experience was great and thanks to them and the Realtor Team we've became Homeowners. Thank you all...

  Our experience with Amerifirst Home Mortgage was phenomenal. Nick, Dana, and Cammie were on top of it throughout the entire process. We had originally been pre-approved with another lender, but due to miscommunication issues we pulled out. The guys at Amerifirst took all of our anxieties away about buying a house and made sure we understood everything that was going on. It was such a smooth and rewarding experience and I would highly recommend them to future home buyers.

  Our real estate agent recommended Nick to us, and I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness and support that he offered. We were originally working with a different lender, however, after a not-so-stellar experience with another lending company, we were very lucky to have been recommended Nick. I feel like that was the turning point in this whole process for us, once he took us on and offered his assistance.   Exceptional 5 star service. Our loan originator Joe Olmsted was professional and personable throughout; providing an excellent experience throughout the whole process. In fact kudos to his whole team, Rachel Broome and Yvette Jarmillio for making the whole process as simple and trouble free as humanly possible.
