      If I could give 0 stars I would. I went into this place on Friday to ask a question about my account, the manager was in the lobby finishing up with a customer. She looked at me and blatantly ignored me, I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before I walked out. I guess they don't need my business

      Cuzstomer service is not a priority here. If you have to go inside choose another location. I sat inside for 35 minutes watching three women in the back walk by me. Twice they said we'll be with you in a minute. I had to do a wire transfer and couldn't wait any longer. I went to the regions in Gulf breeze proper where they actually service the customer. This branch is too busy to help customers.

      I've been a Regions Customer for well over a decade. I have my mortgage, personal, savings and my local Business accounts with them. They have managed too screw up my PPP Cares Act paperwork for my retail shop and messed up several business deals with there finance department. I'm moving all accounts too Penn Air within the next couple of days. They have been an absolute nightmare too work with. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

      I was in the drive thru and someone in front of me was making a deposit took them a couple of min all of the sudden it turn 430 and it was my turn and they said is close horrible service. Forget opening my other business with this company .

      Regions Bank Tiger Point is the worst branch I’ve ever been in. I’ve been there to see a desk person 3 times and after a 20-25 minute wait I had to leave because there is only 1 person waiting on customers. Today I went in and there was already a gentleman waiting. The offices were empty so he finally got up and left. I also left because it was obvious there was no one to wait on anyone. My walk in teller experience was a disaster. I was in line over 8 minutes with only 1 person in front of me. I walked out and went to the drive thru but no better luck there. I wouldn’t even recognize it was the same bank by the customer service at this location. I will never go back. The one in Navarre is excellent. That one gets a 5 star. Wonderful customer service there.

      I went in to do a deposit for my business, and even though there was a line, the staff was professional and courteous. I had spoken with the manager Miss Ali. A very kind women she was, even offering me a job there. Even the young women behind the counter, whose name if i am not mistaken is Alexis, even though she had a grumpy old man before me, and i had 14 deposits, didn't get flustered. It would be an absolute honor to be working with people like these in a company like this

      They do not seem to be customer oriented at all. Regions are not very friendly to individuals who have accounts. There more business oriented and dhow it...Regions in Gulf Breeze on Gulf Breeze Parkway will cost you more money than you think as they slowly rob you..This bank needs new management.

      Everyone at the Tiger Point branch has been wonderful to work with. Alex has been above and beyond helpful, always with a good attitude.

      Went thru drive thru with my husband as usual, we gave the teller a 300 dollar cash deposit along with a check card and the last 4 of the account for the cash deposit. The teller deposited it into someone else's account. This all happened the Friday before Christmas so of course now it's Saturday just got off the phone with after hours regions and they confirmed it was deposited into someone else's account and there's nothing they can do till Monday. I understand people make mistakes but this was horrible timing. Total imcompetence.
