  Went to open a business account at the tiger point location. Instead of being greeted with “welcome” I was told by Gloria “I’m fixing to go to lunch, what do you need?” Told her i completed an application online, just needed to sign and add money to the account, she said “you’re going to have to come back” - needless to say I left and drove THIRTY minutes home - will be banking elsewhere.

  Have been banking at this branch for a few years now. Excellent service from all staff. Very well trained, courteous and helpful. They've helped us from standard deposits to international travel. Highly recommend these great people!!!

  Very friendly staff! I came in with like $200 in quarters an hour before close and Blair the banker jumped up to help me roll them! Great service and smiling faces from everyone though

  Terrible. Have been with Wells Fargo for about 15 years. I was in the lobby waiting for an hour while consistency being told they’ll be right with me. I’ll be changing my banking if I can ever be seen to close my accounts now.

  We just moved to Gulf Breeze from Saint Petersburg. We opened a safe deposit box and worked with Tina, the manager. She was excellent, efficient, and helped us get in and out quickly. The bank (on a Saturday morning) was well-staffed and all customer service representatives were friendly with customers. Their hours are clearly posted on the website and on the door. We'd recommend using this bank, especially if you travel around the US like we do. There are branches everywhere to meet our needs.

  I opened checking and savings with Wells Fargo about 5 years ago . Since becoming a stay at home mom and working from home, I no longer have direct deposit and I am charged $25 from my accounts since. So much for saving.. Not only the charges but the hours are so inconvenient, I can only usually make the drive-thru hours in which they will NOT let you do much of anything with your own money. I've never banked with anyone with so many charges and restrictions. I'm closing my accounts first thing in the morning.
