  My family and I moved here a year ago. I applied for an account last August. I sent over everything they needed to open an account here. Almost a year later and still have yet to hear back.

  My overall experience with this bank has been good besides for one big problem. This 4th of July weekend I ended up with a fraudulent charge on my card, completely locking up my account. Now normally this issue wouldnt be to hard to handle but since Penair has not been open since Saturday I believe, I have been stuck without being able to access a penny of my own money. Im sure anyone could understand how almost three days now without money for you and your family would really bother you. So while all the Penair employees had some long 4th of July weekend off, me and my two sons ages 6 and 2 sat at home not able to even put gas in the car to go visit family. Something needs to be fixed about this issue, this is not the first time this has happened and everytime it does happen its at the worst time possible.

  PenAir makes me feel like a club member instead of a customer. I prefer unions than banks but that's personal to each . I defently recommend PenAir , there's too many reasons to even write them down.

  So I went to greet one of the ladies that usually speaks to my daughter straight after I did business. She gave me the most evil glare, and said have a great day. Seemed pretty rude. Im just like...what happened to Penn Air......

  Just tried to visit the Gulfbreeze location and tried to speak with a representative. But no one would even speak to me about any of my concerns because I wasn’t currently a member… Who knows maybe I wanted to become a member or simply use the ATM but not now because of rude customer service.

  Everything you need from checking to credit cards, to home and car loans all in one place. We even do our business accounts here. a GREAT group of people, even if Brian IS a Mississippi fan.

  Business hours clearly says that this location is open until 12 pm on Saturday which is 100% not true. The drive thru is the only thing that is open. So not only did I show up at 11:00 today and couldn't walk in the branch, NO ONE would answer the phone when I called. Just got re routed to one automated recording to another.

  Hi, Lani! We first would like to apologize for your frustration and would like to make sure that your needs have been addressed. You are correct, the Google Business hours list the location being open until 12 pm because the drive thru is open. We are working to find a possible way to specify lobby hours versus drive thru hours, but it seems as if the options to differentiate are limited. We're going to keep searching for a solution. As for our phone system, it guides to you our Contact Center which is available 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. I am not sure why you experienced being rerouted, and we apologize for that. To help alleviate this from happening again, you can always select option 2 to be connected with a Member Service Representative. We'd like to speak with you further about your experience.   I have bee through a few different banks but Pen air i's my favorite! From my first time dealing with Brian to my deposit today they are always kind and friendly!
