  This bank on garrison feels very blah. People seem kinda nice but the energy is miserable with Danielle. Felt like I wasn't welcome.

  I have been with this bank for a few years. The lady who helped me open my account all ways knew me by name etc. First part of Feb I went in and talked with Paul because of him I am now a home owner. He/this bank has made me the happiest person in the world.

  Started our mortgage process out at Regions bank in Fort Smith, AR with Laura Waldroop. Everything started out fine until it came to Laura staying in contact with us. Fast forward 3 months and we’re still not closed and having to wait a week between responses. We switched to a different lender after getting fed up and her working on “priority customers” as if we weren’t priority. We switched to Firstar Bank and we’re closed in 21 days. I will never bank or use Regions for anything for the rest of my life, and I will always tell everyone I know NOT to use regions bank or recommend them to switch to another bank.

  If you are like most people and care a little bit about your hard earned money, you might not want to bank here. One small example, if you are interested in investing in cryptocurrency, go to BitQuick.com. This bank charges $18,500 for 1 bitcoin, the next closest in price is $12,000. Bit coins are only worth $8,603. Almost $10,000 more in fees??? COME ON, REALLY??? Most banks charge about $400.00 Shame on you, Regions!!!

  This is the best bank employees are so kind make you feel so welcome and go out of their way to assure you are taken care of and understand anything with your accounts. If u are looking for a great bank look no further you will be very pleased I'm sure of it....

  Their hours are 9-4. If you work from 8-5, I suggest taking your money elsewhere. They'll be sure let you know when you get there at 4:01 and they're closed.

  Why would video teller hours be till 8pm if you are not allowed access to them after 5pm?
