  Lance was very diligent in his work. I was the Realtor on a recent transaction where lance and I shared a mutual client. We were both on the same page when figuring out how to write a strong offer.   Capital City made our re-fi process simple. Josh was great to talk to about all things housing. He was very open and transparent. When our appraisal came back higher than anticipated, he came back to us with a lower interest rate. If you have an FHA loan and have done a loan modification due to circumstances with Covid-19, read the fine print of the modification. The money you are deferring doesn't go to the end of your current mortgage. It belongs to HUD and can delay your closing if you are requesting payoff information.   I was in the market for a new home and I was referred to Josh Tondee with Capital City Home Loans from a close friend. I was skeptical of trying out this company since I had some bad experiences with other mortgage companies in the past. To my surprise, I was blown away by how easy it was this time around. I was under very strict time constraints to get approved and get an offer in on my home, and Josh delivered! He was very professional and a breeze to work with. After sending in my application, I was pre-approved in less than 48 hours! My offer was accepted on my home and my loan was clear for FINAL APPROVAL in less than 30 days!! I knew I was asking alot because my previous mortgage experiences took 60 - 90 days and were so slow getting back to me. Josh returned my calls or emails within hours every time. I could not have been happier with my experience!!! If you are looking for a professional, efficient, and reliable mortgage company with a personal touch, this is the company for you!
