      Got a 500 dollar bonus offer from them to open an account and after having done so, when it was time for them to deposit that $500 into the account nothing. I went to the branch to acquire about what happened and they tell me they have to put in an incident ticket to figure out what's going on and it could take up to a month. Sounds really get you to me. Especially since I see in the comments that I'm not the first person this has happened to. I told the lady that they have two days to give me a response or they can close the account and give me my money back. I have never heard of them and would have never banked with them had they not sent me that offer. I have done this with Chase, Wells Fargo, and Citi with no problem. I guess you learn quickly who honors their words and doesn't. Their loss because I am sure going to tell everyone I come across about my experience. So after two business days they deposited $500 to my account. I still don't know the reason why but at least they made it right. My advice to anyone else is to keep any of the promotions that they send to you even after the initial time you open the account.

      I went in to open an account with an incentive of earning an extra $500 for keeping a certain amount in the bank. I did what I was told was required of me to get the bonus...when it came time to deliver I was told I didn't one of the requirements were not met...a minor requirement of opening an on line account in 30 days and a requirement I knew absolutely nothing about. I feel it was a technicality they use to keep from paying up.....false promises!! Poor leadership/management!! Bankers beware!!!!!!

      I opened a saved box Today at Decatur Regions branch and Roberto did such a great job in the branch and over the phone as I called the branch 3 hours prior my arrival to check the saved boxes availability and Roberto response was professional, quick, and quality services which got approved for 10 out of 10 rating in my personal experience.

      So far I've had really great positive and professional experiences with this location. Each time I've had banking business I've always been greated with warm and cordial tellers. The tellers have always gone out of there way to assist and are very helpful. I've been banking with Regions for almost a year now the visits have been quite pleasant customer service is excellent!

      This is the Closest branch near me. I can’t cash a check here because it’s not a drive thru available and they have a sign that’s says they are only accepting customers in lobby by appointments only and to call! Well they aren’t answering the phone and this is so inconvenient! On top of this I have to drive another 15 min to the next branch ! Very disappointed!

      Worst location. And now the office is closed and by appointment only due to having a short staff, meanwhile the other Decatur location was running with only 2 ppl and a security guard. If you don’t want ppl to come here just say that.

      DO NOT trust their atms when depositing cash...Their atm took my cash and did not deposit it into my account and did not return it to me. On top of that it was the weekend and regions bank does not have anyone you can call or talk to for help regarding your money if it isn’t mon-fri 9-5. So anytime outside of those hours if you need help, that’s too bad. When I went to the bank on Monday they told me it would take 5-7 business days for me to get MY money back that they’re cheap trash atm stole...the bankers sitting behind the counter did NOT give af or see any issues in this...THIS BANK IS GHETTO. I called and asked for the status of my claim days later and NOTHING. I’ll do what I have to do but I do not trust this bank. BAD BUSINESS👎🏽

      I had an issue with my account and Rodney saved the day! I was very close to leaving Regions after this issue and was extremely stressed about the situation especially around Christmas time. Rodney came through and was extremely helpful, clear and ended up resolving the issue for me! I am 100% staying with this bank because of his customer service.

      Regions use to be my favorite bank but their customer service and ATM’s have both gone downhill

      Never bank with this location. My girlfriend has account and everytime she has a deposit they put a hold on her account for her to come inside the branch. Then the past 3 weeks the bank manager hasn’t been at work so the money is being held from us and we can access it. It’s been 3 weeks and nobody else can take off the hold. No consideration for the fact they are dealing with people’s finances.
