  Banking can be confusing BUT it shouldn't be difficult and cause worry. I am not a member of Platinum Federal Credit Union but I must pause to say, I wish I was! We needed a Co-Oo bank since our Credit Union is in a different state. Platinum Federal Credit Union stood in the gap and provided excellent service! Their employees did their due diligence in security checks (trust me you want a bank to do that) and provided us with rest assured peace that funds for the right amount would go into the correct account. Thank you Platinum, you have awesome tellers!

  Karima (the Branch Manager) made the process very hassle free and comfortable. She knew the process so well and made it so efficient for us. The wait time was near zero and she prepared and informed us of all the pieces we needed to be aware of before-hand. Very professional and competitive rates.

  Very unfriendly service. The teller who handled my transaction was rude and went above normal handling protocols. I honestly felt profiled. I bank with a partner credit union and had to make a deposit here, will drive further in the future just to avoid this discourteous behavior.

  PFCU Decatur branch has Good environment and work ethics. Had a very good experience with Manager Karima Vaidya and also member service representative Mezbin Surani very knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

  Ms. Karima (The branch manager) and Mr. Mohammed Asani helped me get through my student deferred loan. They were extremely kind, dedicated and patient. I would highly recommend them for loan matters and plus their interest rate is extremely affordable. I thank them heartily for great services and warm treatment.

  The manager talk so rode. I think she say her name was shyra I forgot. They need to know how to talk nicely to people with respect.
