  Someone wrote me bad check. REGIONS closed my account without question. Told me they would mail my balance in 10 days. Took almost 3 weeks. Broke for 3 weeks. I was a customer for almost 10 years. I didn't do anything wrong. Will never use Regions again ! 😒

  Visited this branch to open a business account sat and waited without being greeted or attended to for 40 mins. I sat and watched people who came after me immediately greeted and assisted. I’ve been with this bank for 5 years and I will most definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

  Michelle S helped me today at the Breakfast point location and my customer experience was horrible! She needs customer service training. She was rude, loud, and abrasive. I have never had a bank experience as bad as the one I had today. I am glad she completed what I asked her to complete, but that was the only positive about the experience.

  I can't believe they let what looks like homeless people hang around the drive through areas as well as the main bank entrance?? I always have large amounts of cash on me to deposit and I'm nervous every time about being robbed! I've started going elsewhere because of this at peir prk!!

  nine times out of ten the atm deposit says “unable to accept deposits at this time”. It’s actually really inconvenient especially when you take time out your day to drive all the way to this branch. I’ve never had a problem with the atm doing this at any regions but this one.

  Worst bank experience. The guy that was helping me ( I was inside, not in the drive through ) helped 2 people that pulled up in the drive through after I had been standing there waiting for him to cash my check. Answered the phone two times WHILE I’m standing here waiting. Was laughing and joking and telling stories to a customer he knew that walked in. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONVENIENT. so I told the other guy working the window that I needed to be helped because 4 people went through the other line and I STILL HADNT BEEN HELPED. He said that the other guy was “working on it.” I’m still here waiting currently and they just told me it will be 15-20 minutes until my check can be processed. This should have been a two minute bank trip not a 40 minute one. This is absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully they see this and make the necessary changes to their employees and rules of workplace. So unprofessional I’d be embarrassed if I was the manager

  Four branches in PCB with "smart ATM" installed & 5 out of 10 times depositing checks/cash directly, the ATM is "unable to accept deposits at this time", or won't scan checks displaying "unkown amount" on printed business checks. They charge for making mobile deposits, don't provide direct numbers to the local branches via any search engines, & have limited locations nationally. I'd recommend using Wells Fargo, Bank of America, or, I don't know, a piggy bank...

  They are always professional at this branch, they are very quick giving the volume they receive each and every day. Cordy is their best teller! Thanks for all you do regions breakfast point

  Carla and Morgan at this branch are the reason I come to this location, they are always very pleasant and make the transaction fun. I work for a local business and they always meet our banking needs.
