v bee5I’ve been with Regions bank for years, but I have never experienced this type of customer service! Not only did the young man show compassion! He actually kept his word ;which is rare these days ! With all the horrible things going on in this world! It’s great to know that God has angels working at this location! I didn’t get the young man name but he sit on the right time you walk in the building! The CEO could learn a lot from this young man ! Be blessed

Renae Hall1This Regions Bank actually deserves 0 stars. I’ve never received piss poor assistance as i did while visiting this branch. Today, as I went in to handle business and receive assistance for my online banking profile … the branch manager Greg Morrical had the audacity to call the police on me. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again. Neither will I continue banking with Regions. I will find AND contact the regional/district manager regarding my treatment at this location. Not to mention, Robbie, the teller, wanted to laugh & play regarding my situation. he was NO assistance.
Response from the ownerWe're sorry to hear that you feel this way, Renae. Our team would like to further discuss your visit. Please send us an email with your phone number and we'll be in contact. -Ana

Jitender Kundavaram (Jeet)1So, they have closed my account even though it was in good standing and $777.86 in it . The reason so far I got is they don’t want to do the business with me which is perfectly fine with me but not this way. No notice no information at all . That was only checking account I was using for my direct deposits, recurring payments, bills etc.. which caused me lot of trouble with payments being returned causing me late fees and so on...my job was unable to make the direct deposit and the list of troubles these guys have caused me is endless ... Now, to get my money back ( through a check ) and the reason why they have closed my account , I need to wait 7-10 business days . Regions bank is a big joke . They have treated me ugly.. I will make sure everyone who wants to bank with regions know about this

Justin Garza1It’s 3:10pm on 10/4/2019.. this has got to be the worst Regions Bank in the DFW.. I waited 15 minutes to cash a check before walking out to cash it at another location. There was one person in front me cashing their check that apparently had an ID issue.. 2 other guys in the bank working just sat there and never bothered to ask if I needed assistance with anything. Definitely won’t be coming back

Amahdiyya Pace1Highly disappointed in this bank. I came in yesterday and was told that I can’t transfer money in my account using another bank account. I had both my ID, Bank card from my other bank account Wells Fargo, and my bank account routing & account number and still was unable to transfer money. I explained to the teller several times I was buying a car today and needed to transfer money into this account. I will be closing this account and sticking with my Wells Fargo account. I do not like going into a bank and being questioned and having to explain what I am trying to do several times when it’s my money! This is a sorry bank!

Hunter Barron5I stopped at this Regions location after my debit card information was stolen and subsequently disabled while on a road trip. The employees and manager here went above and beyond to help me resolve this situation and I can't say enough good things about their quality of service.

Jordan L3Closed on a Saturday without explanation. Had to drive to the next closest branch which was 7 or 8 miles away. However, had a good experience with this branch previously, so it balances out to a 3 star rating.
