  I’ve been a member of this credit union for over 25 years and always had great experiences. Maintaining a relationship with a banking institution and the people that run it is important; LAS Colinas does a great job hanging onto their people so I continue to work with the same people...some like Elsa for two decades now.

  Isaias Bustos was my representative helping me in securing a truck loan and has been my representative no matter which credit union I have been at. I’ll follow him where ever he goes. He’s great to work with and has excellent customer service and always gets back with me in a timely manner to make sure everything is done in time.

  We have been members of Las Colinas FCU since 2011. Elsa in the loan department is the absolute best there is, no question. Every time I have a question or need a new loan she knows the answer and just gets it done. She really has spoiled us, thank you.
