  Shawn Sheppard was our loan officer when we purchased our new home with KB. It was my pleasure working with Shawn. He follows up with us promptly through out the buying process. He is always there when helps are needed. During our closing process, when the escrow company didn't turn things quick enough, he even stepped out of his responsibility to help us push on the escrow and made sure we closed on time. I will definitely happy to work with Shawn again and recommend him to all my friends.
