  I can't say enough good things about my refi experience with Carlos. From the very first phone call, I knew that he was going to work hard to help me take advantage of the incredibly low rates out there right now. He was able to answer every single question I had right away in a very professional manner.   We refinanced our house and were able to pay off some debt at the same time! Derek worked with with us through every step of the process and really went out of his way to make things happen. Anytime I had a question or concern he was just a call/text away. Anyone who is thinking of refinancing or looking into other options I absolutley recommend giving Derek and first family a call! We could not have asked for a better experience.

  Just like the rest of the one star reviews if it's not cut and dry I wouldn't try First Family. Signed paperwork for a mortgage and was told after the fact they can't do it. Waiting for a refund for the inspection fee that will never happen. They were at least polite but they do not have their stuff in order. Would recommend going somewhere else.
