      Regions Bank proves the cliched literary conventions of a financial institution. This company's telephone and computerized virtual banking options are so byzantine, contradictory, and flawed that even the local branch employees bemoan the interminable hold times and unhelpfulness. And speaking of the local branch, the manager at this location seemingly graduated Class of December 23rd from the Scrooge School of Business at Mr Potter's Bedford Falls University. Rarely have I encountered someone so willfully determined to provide anti-customer service, a person who offered answers that proved inaccurate or irreconcilable with reality, or a person who informed me that the bank's fees and actions are inherent in a for profit business and then asked me why I came to do business with this bank in the first place. The implication seemed to be that I should have expected Regions Bank to be modeled after the very worst style of business behavior and accountability. If you have ever wanted to exist inside a narrative that would make Upton Sinclair shake his head for being too unbelievably anti-humanity, this is the bank for you. All others should take their money and run far, far away. ***UPDATE JUNE 22, 2022*** I contacted Regions per their response to my review. ASK REGIONS proved just as unresponsive and unhelpful as the local branch, failing to provide callback numbers to voicemail messages, failing to clarify and confirm the status of previous formal complaints. The first reply from them to my email took a week; I'm still waiting for a reply on my query on the previous five months of complaints. If I could I'd deduct one star and make this a zero star review.

      Complete and udder disappointment. The people working here are inexperienced and a complete wast of time. I went in to get approved for a car loan, not only did they butcher the application, but destroyed my credit. They were terrible at explaining anything and seemed confused themselves. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this branch.

      I deal with a lot of banks being an operator of a business and this one is the worst I have ever seen. Takes forever, they are rude... There is another Regions Bank not even 5 minutes down the road, I HIGHLY suggest making the extra drive. This bank is a joke. Ameeka is one of the rudest people I have ever met working in customer service

      This bank is AWFUL!!!!! They are quick to charge you a fee (even when it is a banking error), but not quick to resolve the error. Regions Bank charges a fee for EVERYTHING! If they could charge you for walking into the bank and breathing their air they would. There are just too many other banking institutions to choose from. There is not any reason for me to stay with a bank with multiple egregious fees, poor customer service and long lines.

      Very rude employees worse experience in a bank ever. Please REGIONS fix this branch there is a problem when this many customers complain. Use any branch but this branch.

      They were awesome helping me at closing time to get a new debit card since I lost mine and a long way from home and cancelling the lost one. Can't say enough. Thank you very much!!

      Absolutely horrible experience. Maybe regions bank isn't as horrible as I have been told, but in my experience its caused me extreme stress and inconvenience.

      Be aware Worse bank in the world, Branch MANAGER lie and mislead you, they don’t care of you or your business they put my money on hold for 10 days, I couldn’t do my closing for my property lost so much money

      From 5 people at the bank only one was dealing with a customer. Nobody else found the time to take care of my deposit although I was told somebody would be right with me. Finally I left since they were so 'busy'. I will not be using that branch for sure.
