Kevin Carpenter1I have tried to change a DBA on a corporate account and add a signatory. The 1st time I came in, the clerk burned our time and then said (after 2 hours) that she could not do anything without the branch manager. Since I live overseas I was forced to come back on my own dime ($2000 airfare) to get this fixed as my sons business cannot deposit checks into the corporate account. I went there yesterday to set an appointment and was told they would call later. Complete lie. Went back today to set an appointment and again heard they will call back. Since Victoria left, this branch has gone to hell. The branch manager should be sacked and the branch closed. If it were not for the time factor, I would close all of my account and do business with someone else. If you are considering opening accounts here. Do this at your own peril. They never answer their phones and constantly lie about setting appointments.

Julianna J2Bank tellers are nice but not attentive at all. I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes just to get a check cashed. It’s important to note there was one car ahead of me who quickly left after I arrived. From that point on, no other cars joined the line until about 10 minutes later. Regardless, I’m ahead of all of these people and I’m having a very simple transaction done. Every car that came after me left before me. Their tellers have also messed up deposits before and put them in the wrong account. Their friendliness is on par but they need to pay better attention to what they’re doing and how they’re doing it.

H Campbell1This branch (Sandlake and Dr. Phillips) has gone from 5 to 1 star in just a few months. It’s obvious that management has changed. Twice this week I’ve gone in to make transactions- only to stand there in an empty lobby while tellers chatted with personal conversations for 10 ministers yesterday and nearly 5 today. Today however another customer came in and the teller could barely complete that customers transaction because of the personal conversation that continued with my teller. Oh - forgot to mention the Chick-fil-a breakfast that was on the counter the whole time. Sad how this branch has changed and how customer service is truly the last priority. We will start the process soon of leaving the bank completely.

Irina Mc5Went just now to the ATM (9am), merging is done, atm light is on, but... when you insert your card, type pin, and try to pick any option on a screen, touch screen does NOT work. I thought maybe they installed some arrow bottons to navigate the screen, but there is nothing. Waisted time for a simple withdrawal at atm, tried to stand in line of cars at the actual drive through, but that being in the morning it was busy and cars were not really moving. I will change my review once ATM is fixed. UPDATE: WENT TODAY AT 3:30 AM ATM WORKED

Brent Sobol1There's a reason for the low rating. Huge building but not enough people to service the lines. Building has odor. Bathrooms are locked. I liked bbt better. Truist will probably start loosing cuatomers.

Dentaldeck5The bankers Victoria & Mr. Grullon, are very professional and excellent advisers . They stayed on top of a personal wire transfer, and sorted out all problems for me. I have many accounts in other banks but the service I always get from them is flawless. I always feel very supported and treated like family. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who asks in regards to opening accounts , loans etc. Always grateful that they operate this branch!!

Mar5The banker who helped me, Victoria, was super helpful. She stayed on top of my credit card application, and sorted out all problems for me. She was also responsive after my application was approved, to help me understand the ins and outs of my new card. I feel very supported. I highly recommend!

Anna Gilardi5We opened a checking and investment account with Victoria, she was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and diligent. Since opening the account I have called on several occasions (I am a bit of a high maintenance customer) and she is always patient with me and my questions. I feel at ease knowing my account is in her hands.

Oren Rubin1Doesn't get any worst than this (not the branch, the bank itself) This is 100% the worst bank in the US
