  I don’t even want to give this one star but that’s the lowest it will go. Tellers are rude especially drive through. No sense of urgency. Tellers cannot read what’s filled out on the deposit/withdraw slips. Cannot get a hold of manager at all. Customer service well there is non. Everyone there looks like they are having a bad day.

  Refused service around 11:45 by an employee named Joana with the terrible Eyebrows. I guess closing at noon means closing at 11:45 for this branch? Unbelievable. Will not return.

  Dissapointed. This is ridiculous. This bank should not exist. I cant make a cash deposit. Im thankfull I dont have an account here.

  Today Febr 22nd tried to cash 100 Dollars with 5 x 20 Traveller Checks. Took 30 minutes to check, verify, etc. Then I was told it will cost 10 Dollars each (= 50 Dollars)...??? This a scandal, never experienced such unqualified and unprofessional transaction. The should have told me upfront the cost as mentioned! Not keeping me waiting and then asking me such a ridiculous fee.

  Friendly helpful staff and have full service on staff. Bank is very clean and well kept. Wait was not to bad but they did seem to be low on tellers today. Good local place to get some cash while on vacation.

  Would give 0 stars if I could. Writing this as I wait in drive thru. Been 25 minutes and car in front of me is still waiting. This is just not worth banking here. Specially with a buisness account. Way to long of a wait for less than average service amd friendliness.

  This is the worst bank I had been. Actually the service from the man who I spoke to, his name is Anthony, very unprofessional. I was talking by the phone and he didn't solve the problem, just laugh at my face and hung up the phone, and I didn't finish the conversation.

  I don’t want to even give this bank a one star. I went to this bank an hour ago to get a new debit card and deposit money back into my account AND THE MAN teller that I believe is Indian decided to steal my $165 from me instead of put it in my account. I am not happy with this at all and want my money back. I will never recommend Wells Fargo.

  The wells Fargo on sand lake is by far the slowest branch ever. It wasn’t slow because there wasn’t enough tellers or a lot of customer waiting just by nature! I felt like there was a bunch of turtle’s working there. After getting frustrated and telling them to hurry it got even slower or maybe it was just hard to understand him because he was chewing gum like it was going out of style !!!!!! absolutely crazy!

  If you bring a check here. Pray it is accepted. If they don't cash it they put a stamp on the check ruining it and requiring a reissue. Will never go to Wells Fargo again!!!
