      I tried opening a savings account online but it did not work. One would think it's a simple process but it wasn't. I had to go in person to Regions, Snellville to open the account. I try to avoid going into banks but was pleasantly surprised by the good experience we had. Andrea greeted us right away and took us into her office to open our account. She was extremely friendly, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. It was such a different experience than calling Region's 800 number where I'm on hold for an hour then the person on phone is unhelpful. Thank you Andrea for showing us that there are still people who practice such great customer service!!

      I had a wonderful experience at this location.. Tellers were very friendly and professional. Service was quick and efficient I went inside of the bank I just moved into this area due to the purchase of a new home and I couldn’t ask for better service I’ve banked with Regions for better than 20 years and this is by far one of the best locations Great job !!!

      I'm sorry I was disturbing your bank by coming in to make a deposit. Branch manager needs to review customer service skills....When you only have one teller to wait on you and the customers, you might smile and say "Hello, sorry for the delay" instead of your frown and stating with a non sincere tone... "Thank you for your patience". Time for some staffing changes.....

      They close at 12pm on Saturdays. I’ve been calling since 11am and they have not picked up the phone! I KNOW people are there because i had visited the location at 10:30am! I had ONE simple question about setting up a checking account online and no one has picked up the phone and they do not close for another 40 minutes! I called the one in Flowery Branch and they answered immediately and answered my one simple question. The conversation lasted 60 seconds.

      Terrible staff/customer service. I applied for a line of credit with Banker Chris Harrington and waited 3 weeks for an update. He never notified me that the loan was denied, after calling repeatedly he finally tells me I was denied and that he forgot to notify me. When I ask him why my loan was denied he won’t say, he just keeps saying the company policy has changed. Normally the institution will tell you exactly why you were denied but this regions location won’t tell me anything which is extremely odd. I’ve reached out and left messages to the branch manager and she will not return my calls. Honestly it feels like I’m being discriminated against. I plan to close my account this upcoming week. If I wasn’t working I would be closing this account even sooner. I will never bank at a regions ever again.

      This bank is the worst bank. You are better off going with Wells Fargo. I had an issue with my account and it took weeks to resolve the issue.

      Horrible experience! The only reason they're getting one star so I can leave a review. I've been procrastinating about switching everything over to the credit union and what they done with a check I deposited to get my rent paid has put the icing on the cake. Holding a check for over 10 days when I needed the funds for bills. Getting prepared to switch everything over in which I should've done while ago. NO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BANK!!!

      Horrible customer service theres a service lack of ownership. They pick and choose who they make exception for. They try to get you to say your closing your account so they can charge a fee. I've been with regions for 13 years and this location is the absolute worst during the time of COVID-19 theres should be more of a willingness to assist and they have none. Its disgusting to see how this branch does business. It needs a overhaul by management

      Terrible experience. Regions as a bank is already some of the worst service but this bank is really something else. The tellers are nice enough but if you speak to anyone else for help with your account or other non basic fuctions they're very rude and unwelcoming.
