Chrissy Burley1No one acknowledges you here. They weren’t busy at all and had tons of employees but no one wants to help you. Such an unfriendly group of workers. I would suggest finding another branch to take your business to. I know I certainly will.

Elvis Hrustic1This is one of the most unprofessional banks i ever been too, there a gentleman infront of me waiting to get his check cashed for nearly 30 mins mind you there was 4/6 people working and most of them weren't doing nothing besides walking around & being on their phones, i came in for a serious matter to get solved and no one has came to help me!

Ms. Minor1Went in Sept. 23 for a credit card, got approved signed paper work was told by Kristine Perrine that I would have my card within 5 business days. I waited over a week . I called Kristine, she then told me that it takes longer than 5 days, it's a longer process because it had to be mailed in, I told her that's not what I was told originally and brushed it off as a miscommunication. The situation was not taken care of then I waited another 2 weeks called customer service credit card application line, they told me to call the bank and speak with the branch manager because the hold up was coming from the branch, which I did, the branch manager assured me she would call me with an update after speaking with her and wanting to close my account. Waited another two weeks never recived an update. Went in the branch, after waiting 15 minutes, Kristine looked at me said I know who she is, turned her back, made a comment to another employee and went back into her office. Another woman who I did not know took care of my situation I told her I wanted my account closed. After 30 minutes of trying to persuade me not to close my account because of the mistake of another employee, she said it was as simple as a click of the mouse to get it taken care of and get my card in the mail. IF it was that simple, why was it not done when I first when I called the first time, following the approval? I told her to please close my account she asked me if I want to speak with the branch manager I said it doesn't matter because I want my account closed either way. She came back to try and clarify something the manager Debbie and Kristine said I told her I did not want a middleman, if Kristine or the manager had something to say to me to come and say it to me personally neither of them ever did, nor did anyone apologize for their lack of professionalism, the mistake on Kristine's end or for wasting my time. I've recieved two credit cards since this issue started from two different entities yet I've been with B of A the longest. Unacceptable. I closed my account and will NEVER go back to that branch ever again, evendors if I decide to come back in the future. The only competent and loving employee is Stephanie, who is underappreciated. I will be contacting corporate also. Thanks for nothing.

RJP X2The usual help at this location includes some long time employees who are helpful and knowledgeable. The problem comes from branch management and their sparse scheduling. Knock it off already, Bank of America ...you are a bank, and your building is full of money. Stop pretending that you can't pay your staff.

Kym K5Unlike other B of A financial centers, this location has more than one teller to move the lines faster. Also, great customer service. Highly recommend this particular B of A for your banking needs.

Im Best1Literally, the worse banking experience with someone named Nora. She was incredibly condescending and rude. I can't believe bank Bank of America is satisfied with hiring people who treat humans this way. Unbelievable.

Azooly Candles1Today I waited for 55 minutes for a transaction but at the end the manager didn't approved it without a good explanation and when I requested to talk to her she went inside. This isn't the only time that this branch provide A VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I NEVER HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN THIS LOCATION!

Philip Griffin1One teller and 15 people in line. The worst customer service. Snellville Georgia is the worst branch ever. Talk to management and the response is "well we address the busiest branch". My response..."At my stores when we have too many customers...I hire more people!" Horrible!!!
