      Been banking with them since 2012 when I was a freshman in college. Any problem that showed up was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Since graduating, they have helped me set up a credit card with a low limit to build credit and are now interested in assisting me set up a loan or mortgage should I decide to buy a house or car. Would recommend Regions to all.

      Charlie at the Gervais Street location in Columbia, SC was a huge help! The ATM didn't credit my cash deposit I made during after hours. I just knew it was going to be a huge pain to get that fixed. Charlie took what could have been a really back situation and took care of it. I just wanted to say THANK YOU AGAIN for the incredible customer service!

      Jimmy Brooks basically kept acussing my wife of withdrawing $620 from my checking account. Me and my wife were together at the time the transaction happened and I kept telling him this but he kept on acussing her of doing it. We were not even anywhere near the location at the time. He told us that on video my wife was the one that withdrew the first $480 which I got out of the vehicle and walked up to the ATM myself. Lie 1. He then told us that she was definitely the one to withdraw the $620 but someone was in the passenger seat but he didn't think it was me. Lie 2. He will not show me the video of me making any of the withdrawals and he expects me to believe him? With the previous reviews and the lies I have been told then there is no way I am going to trust you. Sounds like Regions needs to hire another manager or they are going to keep loosing customers. I am filling a police report so I can see the video and I have already swapped Banks to All South Federal Credit Union. I am already much happier. The fees are all very low. Where Regions charged $10 to move money between your checking and savings if you overdrew your checking, All South charges $2. I can deal with $2 but I had that overdraft protection turned off at Regions but on at All South. Jimmy Brooks, you are a liar and from what you have done to me and these people on here, if Regions doesn't fire you then they are a sorry excuse for a bank.

      Terrible location because of their branch manager. His name is Jimmy Brooks. Poor excuse of a human being. Unprofessional, not customer service friendly at all. As of Friday morning, April 19th 2019, I was inquiring about my account with a teller, upon doing that, this individual approached me and the way he approached me was way too close within my personal space. He asked "what's the problem?", I told him "no need to ask anything" , that's when he came up to me, within my personal space, and said, "your account is a problem" , at that point I advised and informed him to step back , you're way too close to me, at that point, he mentioned, "I will close your account", at that point, I advised the teller to withdral all funds from both my savings and checking accounts. Once my money was received, he offered his card and I walked out of the branch. He also mentioned that my account has been a problem since talking with Kellie Austin. I've been with this bank for a few years and I've never had a problem with this bank "Regions" until now. Prior to this, 2 weeks ago I applied for a credit card and had to call back to get a response, whereas I was told that I would be contacted. Terrible way to treat a customer of many years. Hopefully, cameras will be reviewed of this incident. This location is 1010 Gervais street!

      If you want to be treated like the valued customer you are, spending tens of thousands of dollars in interest payments, then go elsewhere. #regionsbank @regionsbank wont remember the last conversation they had with you.

      I had to go to the ATM late at night, and I thought it was awesome that you have to slide your card in the door to get in. I felt really safe. Pretty much the most awesome Regions experience I've had

      I am so disappointed in this bank I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they have my money and will not release my funds to me at all and I have children and if I knew this I would have never signed up for this bank
