  I immediately felt very UNwelcomed, some kind of "bother" that I even walked in attempting to do a LOT more business than I was able to carry in... HOWEVER, as I was made to feel "dismissed" after a few minutes of being there, why would I? I'm not quite sure of their M.O., but I certainly will stay AWAY from this shop...I cringe to see what's become of "Old Columbia"!?!?!?

  Absolutely incredible service. The people who work here are so kind and they have your best interest at heart. The prices are fantastic and you honestly don't regret spending the money because you are so confident you received a good deal. The work place has a great vibe. I highly recommend Bonded Loan Office to everyone, especially for their jewelry needs.

  I've been a customer for many years. They are always courteous, knowledgable, fair and alot of fun. I enjoy going in to the store to buy and sometimes just to look around and wish. They have the best prices in town, especially on their jewelry and gold buying.

  I recently sold a ring for the first time at a pawn shop and it seems they were too generous with their initial appraisal the first time I went in just for a quote, so the second time they were surprised at how much I said they quoted my ring for...rest assured, they promised me what I was quoted for the first time. I will be back to this establishment, great customer service.

  I first met jay (the owner) 9 years ago at bonded loan. Despite my young age jay treated me fairly and with respect. Over the years I have had the privilege to get to know everyone at bonded loan and they have always all gone out of there way to help me in anyway they could. Not only do they have a warm an welcoming attitude they are also experts in their trade. Both jay and his son Louis are certified graduate gemologists in both diamonds and colored stones. You can trust that not only will they be absolutely fair with you but they also have the knowledge and experience to truly understand the market.

  I moved here from Memphis Tennessee 4 years ago. I went to Bonded Loans for 2 TVs and also found some nice rings , I have to say the service was more than I expected and the staff was GREAT !!!! Jay made it possible for me to get everything that I wanted and anytime I need to get a loan on one of my rings I know that I got the best rate going. Keep up the good work Bonded Loan.....
