  A goliath in light of People's Pawn Shop Inc. Cash was short around then that is the reason I went to a second hand store around the space. I found People's Pawn Shop Inc while filtering for an OK pawn shop. The association was mind blowing. The speculation was inconceivably sharp. They in like way have high examination rate so that is major for me. The credit cost is even not difficult to miss goliath. That is the reason I recuperated my thing again when I had the money. The tolerant experts are astonishing. They are better than average and kind. They truly care for their customers. They even gave me a ton. I genuinely respect that. I would lean toward not to be short on cash once more, at any rate if I at whatever point did, I will come back to People's Pawn Shop Inc.

  Very knowledgeable pawn shop and competitive. I feel like they offer a little more for you gold and silver than most places. I know i have been to another pawn shop in West Columbia Pawn who has told me my gold amd silver was fake two separate times so i brought them to Peoples who confirmed they were real and purchased them. Thanks guys.

  This is by far the best pawn shop in Columbia, SC. I have been going to this shop for years and have never been dissapointed! Employees are always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They always give very good and fair prices for items that are pawned and/or sold. I strongly recommend that you check out People's Pawn shop for all of your buying, selling, and pawning needs!!

  Went to Purchase a firearm I had on Layaway 03/03/20, Taurus G2 I for $219 gave them $120 cash. Went to pay the rest White Guy seems like the owner silver watch def. not a Rolex gets real disrespectful while I'm filling out the background check form, tells me my hand writing wasn't legible enough instructs me to fill out another one and say the FBI will Deny you for the smallest thing. "BIG RED FLAG" in my head he already let me know what was about to happen. Of course I got Denied and $120 in cash no long mine its a store credit for failed Background check. He did not instruct me on why I was Denied and tried to neglect me of any information to contact the FBI & NICS. Soooo being the intelligent African-American that I am, I went to another Pawn Shop my good friend helped me out to Obtain all the information I needed to Understand what happened. The FBI not only emailed me within a matter of minutes why but it gave me hard evidence that this Pawn Broker from Peoples Pawn is falsely and Purposely keying in incorrect Answers on the Background Check Data Base. Every Honest gun dealer should hand the transferee/buyer a lap-top to fill out your info. I their not handing you a laptop to fill out info your in the wrong store & will subject yourself & your hard earn money to be taken in every way. If your African-American do not give these people your money, They will look down on you & do not deserve Our hard earned money. My money was stolen and my name slandered by a crooked Slime that thinks intelligence cannot exists in a Devine People such as my own. African-Americans I strongly encourage you do not Shop here do not Support the business of a Liar & Oppressor.

  Hello Jamee, first off I'm sorry but you are INCORRECT on your facts... only a large gun store or (FFL Dealer) get to use the laptops, small stores like us are required to still fill out paper forms!! Second we do not have any power or affect on the federal FBI BACKGROUND CHECKS those are controlled completely from the FBI NICS office, SO there is nothing we did or could have done to affect your background check. Thirdly you were DENIED A GUN BY THE FBI! (denied means you can not own a gun according to the FBI) That has nothing to do with us, and later that day you called us and apologized for being rude and getting upset so I am not sure where all this hostility is coming from because the last time we spoke you were telling me you were sorry because you went to another gun store and you were DENIED A GUN AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Fourthly we take great offense to you saying "WHITE GUY" why must it be turned into a race thing when you know nothing about our personal lives, for all you know sir my wife could be not white and you have no idea so I just want you to know that your comments are EXTREMLEY OFFENSIVE TO ME AND MY EMPLOYEES!!!!!! Please do not be mad at someone when they had nothing to do with you not getting your gun!! ALSO we did NOT STEAL FROM YOU, we gave you an in store credit and let you buy something else.... So PLEASE stop lying and spreading false information just because you are legally not allowed to own a gun!!   Totally rude, worst pawn shop experience ever I would recommend the one next door to them, they were great and professional. Why would a place of business make fun of you when your going through troubling times.

  The best pawn shop I've been to in and around Columbia by far, from the friendly and knowledgable employees, to the fair prices on items and loans. I've been here numerous times and this will be the only place to have my business for now and years to come. Highly recommend.

  OF all the places you COULD go in Greater Columbia, PEOPLE's is the BEST. Why? #1 - their rates are lower than everybody else #2 - their staff is friendly and fast--if you've ever been in one of those "tired shops" with one employee working, you will appreciate 2, 3 and even occasionally 4 working employees, ready to get you out the door at the lowest price. I could go on, but NOBODY really should need more reason than these. Thanks People's!
