      Customer service is absolutely horrible! I’ve been banking with regions for 8 years and have been to regions all over the state. But this location never fails to have horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting in the drive up lane for 15 min now just to make a deposit.they didn’t even greet me for the first 7 min. I would understand if they were busy. But I can clearly see through the window and see that the employees are just talking and not even servicing customers. I will drive the distance to go to any other regions than this one…..

      More than once, I have had to go to Regions to receive Western Union funds because of the amount sent in. The lady who helped me was amazing and so awesome, helpful and quick with the process. I cannot thank them enough for the fast professional handling of this, but also the happy upbeat experience and personal connection.

      Bank manager isn’t present, won’t ever answer the phone or return calls, tellers have attitudes and don’t help you. Only one lady is on the floor who will help you out, but is always a line. This bank must be to good to hold some people’s money?
