  I am not sure of the larger man I was dealing with but he needs to learn customer service. I understand they may hear all kinds of things and sad stories but I was there to spend money not ask for money. I was looking at a long gun, he advised he couldn’t wouldn’t because of store policy (I understand that). I made a comment about my wife could purchase the same gun and he quickly and rudely (in my option) stated he wouldn’t sell to her either because she would be buying for a person that couldn’t buy it. Well fella my wife buys weapons for her job just as I do. If you want to be prejudged then go and spend or ask for money from them. If you care about customer service and being talked to like a person then go somewhere else. If the owner or any rep from the pawn shop would like to discuss it I will be glad to. I won’t hide behind the anonymous of the internet. I was the one from Texas wearing the black cowboy hat. God bless and have a great day. Hope you learn customer service.

  I bought a tablet 2 days ago. Everything was fine until i tried to charge it. It won't charge, i called them and they told me "i can't get my money back only store credit. TV/video games-yes, everything else- NO

  I have purchased from the store in the past, was given items from my dad’s passing, One a brand new FITBIT Pulse watch, used on eBay for 153$ to start off, we were shocked to see they would only offer 15$ Wow ! Is this how they all operate, will skip any future purchases that is for sure. Ended up selling on a FB marketplace for a 100$

  These guys are FANTASTIC!! Always fast, polite, and good to their customers. If you want too dollar on a loan or pawn, I highly recommend this place.

  Hands-down my favorite pawn shop in the area, great Customer service and they always have some great things in stock, highly recommend.

  Too bad zero stars isn't an option. I went in on 3/11/2018 to purchase a firearm. I looked at 3 different gun cases twice. In that time, several people walked in, were greeted, assisted and left the store. None of the 3 men that worked there said a thing to me. I was in my military uniform. I guess I blended in with the rest of the store so well that they didn't even see me. Take your business elsewhere.

  We came up to sell a few items for personal expenses and we were very dissatisfied with our visit. Two brand new fishing poles that had never been used, would only give us less than $10 for. A car stereo amp worth between $80-100 used, wouldn't take because they couldn't test it to see if it worked. Referred us to the 103rd location assuring us that they had a tester for it. Wasted our time and gas going up there because they lied to us about having a tester. Don't waste your time or gas going to this place. Nothing more than lying, deceiving blokes that are going to do nothing more than rip you off.
