  This branch is the best! I’m always in and out. The branch Manager Ashley Beyer is also top notch. There is never a problem that she can’t figure out.

  If you go there for a new debit card and are told to wait for it to be printed, don't bother sitting in the waiting area, just wait until they print it in front of you. I waited for half an hour because the teller told me the card needed to be printed. Sat and waited then had to go up there and ask if I could come back another time because I have to go pick my husband up. She says "oh the card is ready you could have come up here." Newsflash if you tell someone to wait or have a seat then you can't expect them to know when our items are ready. you have to come get the customer. This was at 3:00 10/20/21 and I even asked her if the card needed to be activated and she said no. Boy was she wrong because I couldn't use it.
