  I have found Regional Finance to be professional yet kind, understanding and very helpful. I usually deal with Katherine but she was busy so Daryl assisted me today. He was able to help me with my problem of no funds in my checking account to pay until my social security check comes and the bill is due on the 1st of the month . He worked out a plan which works for me without making me feel bad. I would recommend them to anyone needing financial assistance. I've been with them for a while. Thanks guys!😃

  Regional Finance is great and the people are amazing, very willing to work with you and seem to root for you...they actually care. They deserve five stars. However the leadership there deserves one star and that’s how I’m rating due to Darrel (manager I believe). He is extremely rude and unpleasant. If you fall behind a month, you will receive harassing calls, at home, at work, and to your emergency contacts. If you answer, he will be extremely unkind. I’ve had loans in the past and have never had anyone be that way.
