  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Regional Finance is the best. Chris and the staff are very encouragable when it comes to great and friendly financial service. They are like a good family member who always look out for you in good times and in bad. They will bend over backwards when it comes do delivering the excellent royal service people look for but hard to find. As a once long time banker for 25 years, l rank them as one of a kind and l am happy to be associated with them. Keep up the good work. .

  Chris is awesome! I was going trough a very difficult time in my life and he help me financially when I needed it the most. He was very kind and took the time to explain to me in detail everything about the loan. He explain how strict they are about the payments (as any other business ) you sign that they can go ahead and visit you and request payment in cash if you don't notify them or actually do something about your payments. I have refinanced twice and thank goodness I am in a better position now. But if I ever need help again I will highly recommend Chris. Thank you Regional Finance.

  If I could give a company zero stars it would be Regional Finance. They have always been sketchy but this incident really took things to a new level for me. Pay attention to the unethical almost fraudulent business practices. So I wrote a check to pay my bill but forgot to add the cents. Check was returned and a note was added that I needed to remit payment in cash or money order. Something along those lines. Which, ok, fine. I thought that was a bit extreme, they could have cashed the check and told me I still own then 35 cents...but I was willing to play ball. Not but two days go by, and some guy shows up at my house asking for payment IN CASH. A guy who couldn't provide proof he works for Regional Finance. No ID, nothing and he wants me to hand him money... uh NO! And, why on earth is he at my house! I was so angry. What kind of a business is this?! I never signed a contract stating they could come to my home. They gave me no time to rectify the situation! And to come to my house?! Asking for cash!! As if They are a very sketchy company. If you need money fast I would take your business somewhere else. These guys do not practice business in a very "legal" way.

  I was offered a refinance by the assistant manager when I went to pay on my due date, I asked what did I need beforehand to refinance as i was going to return the next day, the assistant manager told me that all I needed was a proof of bank statement, recent bill that shows address, same references as I had used for previous loan. Next day approaches, I show up with my requested information, some other employee asks for me to sit down, I turned my proper information to the employee, starts with what seems to be a professional on the matter, then there was a mistake on their behalf on the paperwork, I was requested to sign again, the employee gets up to go to the manager, not the assistant, then I can sense something is not going right by the way i was seeing the back & forth conversation. I was waiting for the employee to come back to the cubicle & as soon as the employee saw me into the eyes I knew there was a suspicious matter going on. All I hear is sorry but we aren't able to help you out, I asked why, the response was you have credit but not the requested income, after all this time I get that excuse, I was very upset & I started telling them that if they knew that upfront why did they didn't say anything the day before, I could of avoided my time wasted on such bad experience. All I heard was "I'm sorry", which to me wasn't valid, I suggested that next time they plan to say you can refinance, to make sure you are at least notified beforehand that you are going to get to re apply or let you know what the process is going to be. After I clearly asked the prior day what did I need beforehand. Loss of my valuable time & lack of professionalism from that staff.
