I been there several times to deposit to a business account, first of all there's always just one cashier, I have been there almost 30 minutes waiting in line, A supplier of my business has his account at this bank so I use to go pretty often to this branch until this cashier named Tom, who supposedly acts very friendly told me he was going to report me to the IRS for making to many deposits at this business account, for what I know they are obligated to report to IRS when the amount that you are depositing exceeds the 10 thousand dollars, the amount that I was going to deposit was not even half of the 10 thousand dollars. Yesterday I had to go to this branch again, and there was a couple of guys in line with whole bunch of hundred bills on hand, I don't have nothing against, that but when they got to the cashier, they counted the money, and for what I could hear it was way much more than 10 thousand dollars, they didn't even ask for an ID to make the transaction just his account number, so my question is, if the cashiers don't have to make the same procedures with every customers? Didn't they had to report this? Because the cashier just counted the money deposited and never ask for any other documentation or mention that they're were going to report to the IRS. Thank you

Waited over an hour to get a bank statement printed. Bankers where visiting with friends while people where waiting to get service. Poor time management and no sense of urgency and respect. Worst Bank of ever came too. Stay away unless you know someone that can get you in and out cause if not be prepared to wait more then an hour. Bad customer service

“We believe in the importance of treating each client and teammate as an individual and treating every moment as one that matters. We strive to go the distance to deliver, with discipline and passion. We believe everything we do for clients, employees and the communities we serve is built on a solid foundation that delivers for shareholders”. “We believe that integrity and the disciplined management of risk form the foundation of our business. We are aware that our decisions and actions affect people’s lives every day. We strive for decisions that are clear, fair, and grounded in the principles of shared success, responsible citizenship, and community building”. You are probably asking yourself why I started my letter with the two previous quotes. Well, those represent the main core values of one of the biggest financial institutions in the United States; Bank of America, and those were the same values that made me choose this institution to be responsible regarding my interests and treat me in a fair way. About five years ago, when I became a customer of Bank of America, I was in my early twenties and everything seemed to be perfect. The bank’s representative who opened my first checking and savings accounts said that they would always be there in case I would need help or support with my accounts. But that was not exactly how things happened when I actually had a problem. On July 31, 2018, I went El Paso, Texas' downtown branch of Bank of America. It was 1:30 pm and I had to go back to work. I was going to make a monthly payment for my credit card, but the line was pretty long, so I decided to make the payment at the ATM located in the branch's lobby. I inserted my credit card in the ATM as usual and made a $307 payment. When the ATM was processing the transaction it suddenly shut off. I received a small receipt that read, "We apologize for the inconvenience." First, I thought that this would be something normal and probably they could fix it pretty easily. I went through the lobby and relayed my situation to the branch relationship manager, Mr. David. He quickly indicated me to call the phone number on the receipt. Mr. David explained that this was an easy process and my money would be credited to my account in 24 hours. As soon as I came back to my job I called to the number on the receipt. After being transferred to different offices and credit representatives, I finally talked to a lady named Elvia. Let just say that Elvia was not the most helpful and polite person in the credit card department (the good thing is that according to the bank’s policy our conversation was recorded). After a long conversation, Elvia explained me that even though this was caused by the bank’s ATM, I would have to wait 10 business days so they could complete an investigation. I told Miss Elvia that I considered ten business days too much time to conduct an ATM reconciliation and, I also tried to explain to her that I really needed that money to be credited to my account, as I have several monthly auto payments tied to the credit card account. After my conversation with Miss Elvia, and with no results, I asked for permission from my work to go back to the bank’s branch located at Plaza San Jacinto in El Paso, Texas to talk again with Mr. David. He directly called the credit card department, however, he obtained the same response as I did. During our conversation with the person from the credit card department, I expressed again my concern about the automatic payments, late payment fees, and of course the negative effect that this would cause to my credit history. Both, Mr. David and the credit card department representative ensured me that I would be able to continue using my credit card; they would guarantee no late fees or accrued interests, and they would take full responsibility about any problem with my credit history. We agreed to maintain communication and they stated that even when the investigation had a maximum of 10 business days to be completed, that these types of cases are usually solved in two or three days. Continues...

This is the worst bank institution EVER!!!! I asked for a replacement card because my old one was worn out. We'll the replacement card didn't work and neither did the old one. I had to wait a week before I got a new pin # I've gone 3 weeks without access to my OWN MONEY because of their mistakes. I've closed my account and recommend that you don't ever bank with this institution! !!!!!!!!!!

I have to come once a month and every time there's always a huge line and one teller. But there's what I assume is a manager of sorts walking around asking, " Is everything alright?" instead of maybe helping the next person in line.

There is a bitter teller by the name of Alejandra that talks down to people. I had to explain to her that she didn't have to speak down on their customers. Definitely going to place a corporate complaint against her.

Bad service, I was there to close my savings account and was told there was a 45 minute wait. I also inquired about parking validation, I was told BOA only covers 30 minutes and I would be charged the remainder of time passed the 30 minutes, even though it's BOA fault for having me wait over 45 minutes. Ridiculous!

Worst BOA in El Paso, I don't know who does the schedule but every time I have gone in, the line is almost out the door and there is one slow teller working. The half hour you get of free parking is worthless, as you are going to spend over an hour waiting in line.

Been in line with 3 other gentlemen for 20 minutes. Teller is enjoying a leisurely conversation with a lady. Only teller on staff. This is ridiculous
