  I would like to thank all the people at Reginal Financial.. I had just gotten into a truck accident that cost me my truck, which is how I pay for my bills. I drive for a living. When I spoke with Reginal Financial they were very compatiinate and did everything they could to help me out.. I would have been very devastated if they had been able to help me...   They are a very professional as well answer your questions right away. They work with you getting you the best loan as depending on ones income is a factor so it’s a case by case. It’s done the same day you apply within minutes you get an answer. I would disregard any negative comments prior people have made because everyone situation is different and I don’t believe they are rude people they are professionals and they just are doing their jobs as a financial institute they have rules that they have to go by.

  Update: I called corporate office. District supervisor returned my call within 15 minutes and was extremely helpful. I am satisfied with how he handled my complaint. I truly feel this situation was used as a great coaching moment and should prevent future complaints. Therefore I am raising review to 4 stars. Extremely disappointed in how they chose to conduct business with me. Will not do business here again. Had they been completely transparent up front, and not insulting on the back end, I would have considered them a viable means for cash in a pinch.

  Guess I should have checked reviews prior to dealing with these con artists !! Do not trust this place , they told me what they needed from me to finalize the loan, a couple photos and to pull my credit which I allowed them to do based off what I was told. After they pull it the photos won’t work anymore and now they need tax doxujdddgh hm

  I absolutely love this place, the customer service is great and they work with you. During my relocation out state, they were extremely understanding and very professional. I honestly don't know what I would do without them. Thank you ladies.

  I called to make a payment for my son. After being put on hold several times. The Supervisor advised his/her employee to ask a question that illegally violates Hippa Law. I could not believe that he asked me for that information and just didnt take my payment. Regional Finance practice is to sue if you are late on payments. Seek financial assistance or loans elsewhere unless you want to be bombarded with phone calls or leagal law suit letters.

  The location in Denton has a young Caucasian female who called me today regarding SOMEONE ELSE'S debt. I had just spoke to a young male the day before and kindly asked him to remove my name from this persons reference list because they call ME EVERYDAY as if I owe the bill. I asked this YOUNG lady if she saw the notes the were supposed to be placed on the person who actually OWES the debt file. She said the she didn't see anything so I asked her to remove my number AGAIN! This little girl had the nerve to get loud and demanding with me telling me if I want my number removed just say so and we will make a note and after that demanded that I inform the person that actually OWES THE DEBT to call them! She with her unprofessional as went back and forth with me for at least 2 minutes. So people, I would suggest that you not use this small and clearly untrained company for your loan because they will hound the hell out of you and the people you use as a reference and then get ignorant when asked to stop! I believe these are a bunch of mad, under paid fresh out of college students who need a good lesson in customer service.
