  Ms Russell was amazing, she was extremely patient and very informative. At a prior location I was denied due to documentation however she went above and beyond to call her supervisor for support and they tag teamed and resolved my issue. I thank God for her professionalism & determination to satisfy her clients.

  I called to refinance my loan. They asked to put me on hold, I said yes and they hung up. So I called back like anyone else would do if you get disconnected and the lady caught an attitude with me because I called back. She said they were “short staffed all day”. Okay, not my problem, i’m more than understanding but you hung up on me and got an attitude because I called back after your mistake. So rude for no reason. I told her never mind. I’m not dealing with unnecessary bad attitudes when I was more than nice and trying to give you business. I was going to refinance my loan but I really don’t need to. I have 2 small payments left on my loan. I’ll pay them before their due like I always do and then be done with this company. Don’t waste your time. They’re rude, take forever and never get back to you on the same day.

  I went to World Finance for a loan and the process was very fast. I was approved for my loan signed my documents and was right out the door. Need a loan at anytime go here for all your loan needs.

  I would like to say the service i recieved today was excellent. Tania and Annie were very knowledgeable .. I will recommend this office at the drop of the hat. They were just excellent with their customer service skills. Great Job!!

  I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for help with financial problems. They’re very nice and attentive and will make sure to give you the help you need. Making payments on time will boost your credit score tremendously too. I started out in the 400s and by making my payments on time, and I’ve only made 5monthly payments so far, I’m already back close to the 600s. So thank you World Finance! You guys are great!

  The staff here is more than professional. Annie is the best. I’ve only been there once for an emergency small loan to go out of town and she was right on top of it. The 2nd time I needed help was completely over the phone while I was at work. She made it so easy and even got me way more than what I asked for and the payments and interest are fantastic. Her staff new me already when I called in and knew what I needed. I could not ask for better service and highly recommend them.

  I applied for a loan and they were quick to get back to me and got me approved. Tania was great and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend going here whenever you need help. Thanks again Tania and everyone else who works there.

  Annie was so helpful. She was patient with getting all of my paperwork & documents together & walking me through the whole process throughly. She was so sweet & made me feel like I was a valued customer. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend & Will most definitely be back to file taxes as well.

  Krystal was soooooo nice and down to earth and patient. the vibe is amazing and Annie was also the most helpful person ever. They made the process painless and very easy. Would definitely recommend they get a raise ASAP
