They are very eager to loan you the money at the high interest rates they charge.You are supposed to have a 10 day grace period after the payment is due. But that doesn't stop them from harassing you with phone calls the day after the payment is due. This month they called on the day it was due offering me more money. With all the Covid-19 mess going on you would think they would offer to defer payments. But no. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

was told last Oct 2016 that they do report to the credit bureau, so i took a loan for 1200.00 the check they kept sending me and deposited it to help build my credit, well after 6 pmts, I ck'd my credit and Regional was not reporting,, so I called the office and was told they put in a new system and aren't able to report and haven't since BEFORE OCT.. they lied to me. and said they will report later but could not say weather my early ontime and paid ahead acct would ever show up on my credit... they lied so i'm done with REGIONAL FINANCE
